This questionnaire is designed to help you feel comfortable with elder’s membership interview. You will not be asked all of these questions in the interview. However, answering these questions helps us to know if you are aware of our core teaching. Ultimately, we are looking a sincere faith in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation.

There are no trick questions or secrets hidden in this packet. We want to make as easy as possible for you to answer it. The videos provided will give you examples of how to answer the questionnaire. The in-person classes are chances for you to practice sharing your answers or ask questions on what is confusing. The questionnaire also allows us as teachers to double check if any of your answers have unclear language.

Once you feel reasonably comfortable with the material, we will schedule a time for you to meet with the elders for an interview. We primarily want to hear your testimony of faith. Secondary, we will a few questions similar to the ones in the packet to confirm you have a basic understanding of our church’s teaching.
