This is our regular Sunday morning worship, in which we feature a mix of contemporary praise songs with tradional hymns lead by our wonderful praise team. Nursery care is provided for children — from infants to age 4.

(1st and 2nd graders only until 9pm Friday night.)
Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and jammies. This will be an Around the World Adventure. Visit other worlds in our own building!
Harvest OPC 2010 Missions Conference
The conference will be held March 12th and 13th at Havest OPC (930 52nd Street SW, Wyoming, MI 49509).
- Teen Night: Friday, March 12th, 6pm-9pm at Calvin Christian Elementary School.
Everyone: Saturday, March 13th, 8:45am-12:20pm with kids’ activities and speakers on missions.

Junior High Youth Group Fund Raiser
Are you in need of gift tags? For Christmas or any other occasion? Check out the bulletin board in the Fellowship Room. There are many sets of gift tags to choose from. An envelope is provided on the board for your donation for this Junior High fund raiser.
Mobile Food Pantry Hosted by the Rockford American Legion Post
The Rockford American Legion Post will be hosting a Mobile Food Pantry for North Kent area families in need, 10:00am, Tuesday, December 22 at American Legion Post 102, 330 Rockford Park Drive N.E., Rockford, MI (3/4 Miles North of Rockford Ace Hardware, just off Northland Dr.) “With your help, we were able to provide assistance to 108 families in need by distributing 5,133 lbs. of food the day before Thanksgiving. Praise God!”
GEMS Christmas Caroling Rescheduled
The GEMS Christmas caroling has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 17, from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Please be sure to mark your calendars for this change.
Church Officer Nominations
Randy DeJong has been nominated for the office of elder, Bill Haagsma and Nathan Coonen have been nominated for the office of Deacon, and Tim Chupp and Cory Wall have been nominated for the office of Trustee. These nominations will be voted on at the Congregational Meeting on January 21, 2010.
Donations Being Accepted for NKSC Christmas Family Shopping
RSCC’s Women’s Ministry will once again collect donations for the North Kent Service Center’s Christmas Family Shopping annual event. A collection for this event will be taken at the Christmas Dinner. Women’s Ministry will do all of the shopping for the gifts, so be sure to make your checks payable to Women’s Ministry.
NKSC Christmas Basket Donations
North Kent Service Center is collecting food for Christmas baskets. The need is great. Please bring what you can from the following list, or anything that could go in to a Christmas basket: money for turkeys, cereal bars, cereal, canned fruit, canned vegetables. The cut-off date is December 4th. There is a basket in the Fellowship Room for your donations.
Director Needed for the Children’s Christmas Program
The program is to be held December 13, 2009 at 11:00am. We are also in need of helpers. A sign-up sheet is located on the Activities table, or you can call the office to be put on the list.
