GEMS for Girls
GEMS is a relationship building program with the primary purpose of helping bring girls into a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Awareness Level grades 1st and 2nd
Spiritual development comes through the use of Girl’s Activity Books. The books include bible stories, activities, crafts, and Christian service ideas. There are badges available for this level too.
Discovery Level grades 3rd and 4th, 5th and 6th
At this level the girls begin to understand and appreciate their own God-given design – their talents, gifts, and interests as they complete badges and go through the shine bible lessons.
Advanced Level grades 7th and 8th
In a small group, girls experience a safe environment to share feelings, concerns, frustrations and questions. This class is designed to encourage spiritual growth and to foster the development of self-esteem.
We meet on Wednesday evenings September through April with a pizza dinner ($2 donation) at 6:00 followed with class until 7:30 pm.
